It's possible to use MP3 and AAC encodings and a software encoder that supports the Icecast protocol. For example CasterX, Edcast, SAM Broadcaster. The audio streaming configuration parameters (host, port, mount point and password) will be available in your StreamSolution control panel
It is possible to use the H.264 / AAC encoding and a software encoder that supports the RTMP protocol. For example OBS Studio, vMix, Wirecast, Xsplit Broadcaster. The video streaming configuration parameters will be available in your StreamSolution control panel.
The audio stream will be provided via Icecast protocol on standard HTTPS port that garmaximum compatibility towards all desktop, mobile and smart devices and any HTML5 browser. A direct link to the audio stream will be available on the dashboard.
The video stream will be provided through a multi-protocol output: HLS, MPEG-DASH, RTMP and RTSP formats are available. In your user control panel direct links to the video stream will be available for each protocol.
Of course. The Statistics section is available in your StreamSolution control panel, with real-time, analytical and monthly traffic data for each active stream.
If you wish to subscribe to a plan that contains both audio and video streams, in the home page click "Activate multiple Audio and Video streams".
When the traffic at your disposal is running out, you will receive an alert as soon as the 75% threshold is reached. You can request changes to your subscription in the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS section your user control panel, at any time.
In this case you can activate an Event type plan, which lasts 7 days from the date of the order.
Of course, you can activate a service with the minimum of monthly traffic. Feel free to use our calculator to determine how much monthly traffic you may need.
You can stream live on Facebook, YouTube or other social networks through the restream feature available as addon in your control panel and manage it even from your smartphone when needed.
HTTPS is the secure version of the HTTP protocol, used by browsers and devices of any type for the use of content on the web. Browsers or devices may show warnings or not support content in case of service provided without the HTTPS protocol. All our streams are supplied on HTTPS protocol, thus ensuring maximum compatibility and security. Furthermore, being provided on a standard port for the protocol, there will be no problems attributable to blocking by firewalls, thus avoiding the reduction of listenings if there were users with browsing restrictions.
In the Player section of your control panel you will find XwebPlayer, our HTML5 player customizable with the channel logo and ready to be embedded into your website. XwebPlayer makes your stream compatible with all mobile and desktop devices. You can create as many players as you want or with a single player you can manage multiple channels by inserint into it multiple audio and video streams at the same time.
During the purchase it’s possible to request an Event-type service instead of monthly subscription. An Event-type service provides a stream that can be used for 7 days from the time of purchase to allow you to perform the necessary tests before the event. We don't limit the maximum number of users, but you'll have a certain amount of traffic to use for the event. To simulate the possible traffic needed, you can use the Calculator. If you expect your event to have an extraordinary audience, contact us and we will provide you with a solution and a support tailored to your needs for the duration of your event.
